På den västra sidan om vapenhuset finns en runsten
inmurad. U 433.

Eng. This is another of many mideaval churches in northen Uppland.
If you go to the west side of the building you can se a runestone
built into the wall.
Most runestones are christian and was erected by a household to
show that the household was christian. When the christian religion
had set it´s root in Sweden, it wanted to destroy all
"barbarian" beliefs, so churches where often built on the ungodly
grounds that used to be the ritual places where the old ceremonies
took place. They also used many runestones as a building
material.
