Long Description
This may be a REALLY dumb idea, but here goes... In the spirit of the "Need a FTF?" caches by Tencap and Liar's Caches by various folks, this is my variation on the theme. Even if you are not truly the first to find this cache, you may claim it as a "first to find" if you log it on April 1 and include "APRIL FOOLS" in your online log. This is also a tribute to the Bachman PnG caches by mctwin and sjpowell66, one of which was my fiftieth find. This is a nice spot for watching planes take off and land, strolling by the lake, or feeding the ducks. You may wish to bring bread and use the ducks as "decoys" while you search for the cache.
For 2008, cachers could claim "FTF - APRIL FOOLS" between the time the cache was published and midnight CDT on April 8. (Park closing hour.)
For 2009 and beyond, you must sign log on April 1 and include "FTF - APRIL FOOLS." in online log in order to receive FTF credit on cache page (and count it as an FTF if you so choose). Any other time, it is simply a nice walk in the park - and a chance to do a "Liar's Cache" entry if you so desire.
The only requirement for logging this as a find, is to sign the log.
While you are in the area, you may wish to visit the recently renovated pavilion and the nice playground to the west.
The original mini-micro cache container was a trade item from 9Key's OCNP - The Wood Lot (GC19V6N). It was replaced with a bison tube 3-30-2011. Coords averaged from multiple readings and tracks to approximately 6 ft accuracy.
Congratulations to Gilliansage for #1 FTF!

From Wikipedia:
"April Fools' Day or All Fools' Day, though not a holiday in its own right, is a notable day celebrated in many countries on April 1. The day is marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, enemies and neighbors, or sending them on fools' errands, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible.
"The origins of this custom are complex and a matter of much debate. It is likely a relic of the once common festivities held on the vernal equinox, which began on the 25th of March, old New Year's Day, and ended on the 2nd of April."
The article also lists some Well-known_pranks (link) perpetrated on April 1.
