Park at the empty lot, enter through the access by the cluster mail boxes. You'll see the trail.
Ammo can! You will have to bush whack the last 20 feet. There are berry vines and a cliff, so be very careful. Cords should get you to within 15 feet. Great area for bird watching. Do NOT recommend this one at night.
