Relaxing event to finish up a day of caching.
Restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Limited to the first 100.
Well behaved and leashed pets are allowed.
Welcome to Paris. No, not "The Paris", but our Paris in Ohio. Since everyone seemed to enjoy our first event in 2007, we decided to do it again in 2008. This event is at our house.
Most events have you running around finding caches. Not this one. This one is planned to allow time to sit back and relax after you have spent the day "your way".
Event starts anytime after 4:00 PM and runs until your happy hosts have had enough (last year it broke up around 12:30am). A gas grill will be available as well as an open firepit to cook on. Please bring your own meat and a dish to share. Plates & utensils will be provided. Please post in your "will attend" log what you will be bringing to share.
Bring lawn chairs as we will be sitting around the campfire.
For those looking for caching opportunities preceeding the event there are plenty. The ODNR series, which we have enjoyed the last 2 years, has 4 of the 5 parks within 1 hour of here. For those seeking the Great 88, we are in SE Stark County and within striking distance of several other Ohio Counties.
