ROTSIP: No response from the owner.
This cache might not be gone as it was found once after some maintenance 15 months ago. However the listing was not Enabled after the Owner Maintenance despite requests for this to be done and there have been DNF's and Needs to be Archived logs that have not been responded to so I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email, quoting the GC number), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
