Traditional cache located off Grove City Memorial Park, Grove City, PA.
Prepare to go on a bear hunt. This is a walk/trail that my kids frequently take from their school. It is based on a popular kids’ book that goes through fields, streams, mud, snow storms, forests, and a cave in search of a bear. Hopefully, this won’t be as difficult. Park at N 41 09.788 W 080 06.126 and walk along the stone-lined trail through the magical Memorial Gardens, over the troll bridge, and through the castle pavilion. Follow the road to the left and look for the mouth of the trail on the left. The start is rather steep so watch your step. Then recite:
Going on a bear hunt,
Gonna get a big one,
What a beautiful day,
We’re not scared!
Cache is located approximately 0.20 mile from the parking area. Lottery scratch-off ticket for the FTF:)
