If you do a search for Wrenn & Outlaw you will find the current name of this establishment. It is widely used in GA, SC, NC, and TN. This establishment was founded in 1961 by Frank L. Outlaw. The company was officially changed in 1963 after Outlaw conducted an employee store-naming contest to develop the "brand." His secretary, Edna Plumblee, won the contest by submitting this establishments new and now used name. Have fun caching...
