While hiking to the 50ft Cliff cache in Mansfield we came to a
crossroads marked by this sign:

Of course to find that cache we had to go to the right, but we
did wonder what might be to the left. Darkness fell on us before we
could investigate further, but we finally had a chance to come back
to this area and discover what was to the left.
What we found along the blue trail is plenty of peaceful terrain
to hike around in. There is even a cascade of small waterfalls if
you follow the rocks which we really enjoyed.
Parking is at the trailhead which is located behind the
Mansfield Historical Society Museum on Route 195. It is open June
through September Thursday + Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30 if you would
like to stop in.
You are looking for a small rubbermaid container packed with the
usual trade items, FTF chip, TB, and log.
Please bring your own pen or pencil.
No hints just yet. We think if your geosense is turned on, you
should be able to pick off the hiding spot.
