Geocache Description:

Do NOT LEAVE COINS.

Rest area in the middle of I-70 so it can be reached by the east or west bound traffic. Just off a path but the path is not paved. Lots of picnic tables and a clean well maintained rest area. Can find the "path" easier or faster from the west bound side. Path has pebble rock and not real deep. Ground was wet today but we had no problems. If you are east bound don't make this difficult for yourself.

I thought it would be the perfect place for coins to move but we have someone that thinks he should be the one to pocket any coins he comes across. After I called out this person he is going to make it his mission to swipe any coins that are left here. I don't have time to play games with this fool so the only thing to do is stop leaving coins. Hockabee replaced ammo can and log book (thank you) and I will add goodies when possible. 8-6-08 The original cache was in lost and found at the rest stop. Has now been added to the ammo can.
The trail was modified and the ammo can was gone. Replaced again just before memorial day weekend 2010. It was and still is an ammo can....I promise. There are two at this location and am guessing people confuse them now and then. It is filled to the brim with goodies. Enjoy!
