The Pleasure Piece Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Finn and Rosie: Have been to check this cache, and alas it has gone missing. The area has become incredibly overgrown and there has been a small landslip on one of the nearby banks. As such, we have decided to archive this cache.

Geocache Description:

The Pleasure Piece, on the main road between Callington and St. Ann's Chapel, is an area of Heathland with great views over the whole of the Tamar Valley.

Heathland habitats are home to a wide range of plants, insects and birds, most notably heather, gorse, bilberry, birch and bracken. At the right time of year it is possible to spot butterflies, burrowing bees, buzzards and lark, rabbits and badgers. Lizards, adders and slow worms are elusive but you may be lucky!
