How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Admit it, you're getting a tad tired by now.
Hope you know a beech tree! cache is NOT hidden
So sit on the big rock and sign the log.

Hiking Geo-cachers are quite happy to find a single cache on a good 10km hike. Unlike the urban Micro Mob who need 10 caches in 1km.
So in recognition of the hardy hiker, there will be ten caches along this RTA maintained "blue loop" trail system.
(actually eleven caches when counting the original Marble Rock (GCKXPX) cache on a spur trail to the lookout)
This is a serious hike so bring drinking water, lunch and wear sturdy footwear.
There are maps located at strategic places showing "where you are"
The full trail is well marked with blue triangles.
The caches do not offer much of a challenge, even with a micro or two they should be easy to find,
The Challenge here is to hike the 10km. (the ten caches are a bonus)
