I placed this on during a bicycle ride on a cold Sunday morning. I almost placed a nano mag cache on the bridge during a previous ride, but didn't want Bad Companie to yell at me. Well, I don't care if he yells, but he would have been right. I would have felt guilty placing a micro where a rubbermaid could have gone. Watch for the thorns.
UPDATE: This bridge used to be painted in a bright multi-colored pattern so the name used to fit the place. This is a CITO area if you are so inclined.
