You will not find the cache at the above co-ordinates. This is the final cache of a series of caches hidden along Fisherman’s Lane, which runs between the villages of Aldermaston and Padworth. To find this cache you have to find the other 6 caches in the series, each of which contain part co-ordinates for this final cache. These are:

Recommended parking is at the start of Fisherman’s Lane in Aldermaston, opposite The Hind’s Head Public House. There is limited parking at the end of Fisherman’s Lane but I wouldn’t recommend this unless you drive a 4x4. Some of the series may also be accessed from Mill Lane.
