Local find for first-timers, family and snowed-in cachers who can't
get to the mountain sites.
This cache should be fun for those who don't have time to drive to
remote caches or are "locally bound" during the winter season. It
offers a good view of the Wyoming Territorial Prison and Old West
Park. Start by locating the Laramie Green Belt, the Optimist Park
parking lot is probably the best place to begin. Take the
North-bound branch of the greenbelt until you pass under a bridge.
Continue on for another tenth of a mile (or so) until you come to a
bend in the path. Enjoy!!
