Mothel, County Waterford.
Nothing survives of the early monastery founded here by St. Brogan in the 6th century. At some point, the Augustinians came to Mothel. Their priory was dissolved in 1540. Some fragments of the 13th century church remain. Portions of a tomb carved around 1500 also survive. The cache is a small square camouflaged tupperware box. BYOP.
