Geocache Description:

Located on a friends property with their most willing cooperation

The cache is a lock & lock container. The one and a half quart square one. It is well hidden and I hope will prove difficult to find thus the 2.5 difficulty rating. You will have to go down a hill towards the river but there is an easy trail to follow that starts by the mail box. You do not have to enter any structures to find the cache in fact I would recommend against it very strongly as the old root cellar is not in very good shape. Also, you don't need to go down to the river but then your GPS will have told you that already as reception at the site is very Good.
Parking at the owners request is along the fence so that you are out of the road and please don't block the driveway. Don't be surprised if the owners decide to watch your hunt but they won't help in any way.
I am not including any hints at this time but may change my mind in the future.
We tweaked the difficulty up a bit after comments received from the property owner and fellow cachers
