Pachaug State Forest is the largest State Forest in Connecticut encompassing 24,000 acres, in 5 towns.
The forest recreation areas are open from 8 am to sunset. Other forest areas are open one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.

Closest parking is at N 41° 37.166 W 071° 52.387.
You are looking for a lock&lock container.
