Geocache Description:

Get set for a Sleigh Hide! This cache should be a fairly easy cache located on the grounds of the DeVries Nature Conservancy. In a nearby barn is one of the nation’s largest collections of antique sleighs and carriages. This impressive display is open for viewing during special events and by appointment.

This Conservancy is just one of many interesting and historic attractions in Owosso. Curwood Castle is certainly another destination worth checking out, located about two and a half miles south along the bank of the Shiawassee River. If you are not from the area, please take some time to visit the city and appreciate the rich, cultural heritage it offers.
