Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This cache can only be accessed by a steep climb through heavily
grown woods. There are paths to follow, but they are not well
maintained. Minimal bushwacking may be required. Park in Church
parking lot and the trailhead begins where the parked junked cars
are.
This cache is a plastic container used to protect cameras and cell
phones while backpacking. It is about 6 inches by 8 inches and
about 5 inches deep. It is covered with cammo tape and Geocaching
stickers identifying it as a geocache. There is also a travel bug
sticker on the container.
Inside, there is a laminated stash note and a larger stash note
that is not laminated with larger lettering.
The cache contains a spiral bound log book that has been trimmed to
fit, several pencils for signing log book, a plastic childs
compass, another small plastic compass, carbiner, Off insect
repellant wipe, small purple gem, battery tester, small plastic
snake, wheatie penny, Mustang Hotwheel car and some pocket
change.
I also placed my own new Travel Bug named Sissy's Celtic Mustang
into it's first cache and a Wooden Coin that I found at another
cache named Gneiss Hikers Coin. A POW/MIA that we found in another
cache 2 weeks ago was also placed into this cache.
