Sadly, I have to report that Maverick passed away on Oct. 22, 2010. He was 13 years old but he'll always be a puppy to me!
This is a well camouflaged ammo box. There are 2 ways to get to this one. But none over a level 2.5
Maverick was my Dog and my Geocaching buddy. However, he prefers to go cross country rather then staying on the trail. I sometimes let him do as he pleases and this time he showed me to a nice place to put a cache that is accessible the easy way or the Maverick way. You get to choose.
The trail head I have listed here is the best place to start.
The hard way is to simply head for the cache
The easy way is to stay left on the trail until you get to the fence line marked, on the additional waypoints, as “EXIT” turn left and follow the fence until you get close enough.
This is a park but there is a fee to get in.
