You are looking for a camo colored micro container.
Plenty of parking at the Ashford Town Hall. Place is usually free of muggles accept on election day, town meeting days, or if the hall is rented for the day. Town of Ashford workers might be around getting equipment out of the garage but they are very friendly!! Shouldn't be too hard a find so no clue for you!!!
Please put the cache back EXACTLY as you find it. If you don't the next person may experience more of a difficult time retrieving it!! There is not a lot of room to spare!!
