Geocache Description:

The co-ords given are not for the actual cache but for ample parking in the village of Welbourn, to find the cache you must complete the following caches LW 1-10 then work out the co-ords for the final using the code below.

The Welbourne walks offer the opportunity to experience a wide variety of landscapes from the spectacular views of the Lincoln edge passing through this charming village with its Lincolnshire limestone dwellings onto the open Lowfields of the Witham Valley. Refreshments are available at The Joiners Arms on Hihg Street, On Beck Street there is also the Post Office and general store, Winner of the 'Lincolnshire's Best Village Shop 1997'.

Welbourn also gave birth to Field Marshal Sir William Robertson in 1860 the only private to rise to the highest rank in the British Army a plaque commemerating this can be found mounted on one of the cottages opposite the green.

Welbourn is a quaint quiet picturesque village with some great views and a variety of wildlife, the cache itself is in a picturesque area free from litter, it is a cylinder shape container containing the usual trinkets and a FTF badge please try and refrain from disturbing the cache to much.
