Grove Park Mystery Cache
prontopup: I did find the cache container in the exact location where it was supposed to be. Coords were correct. The container was a bit worn so I have removed it and am retiring this one. Thanks to those who hunted it.

A traditional cache located in Grove Park in Germantown, Tennessee.
Hidden in the woods in Grove Park in Germantown is a camo'd lock-n-lock container. The cache is located where the coordinates say it is and there is no puzzle to solve. It was originally designated a "mystery" cache becaue of a logging requirement which has been removed. Now it is a traditional cache. This cache is near the Wolf River. In warm weather expect ticks, mosquitos, and snakes. I saw a large snake when hiding this cache. There are many thorn bushes and poison ivy plants.
When you are near the cache you will be a a ridge. The cache is a short distance (roughly 25') down the ridge towards the river.
The coordinates for this cache were determined by averaging more than 1000 readings from a Garmin 60CSx. The forest canopy is thick here and can give some GPS'r problems.
Obey park rules and use common sense. The park is not open 24 hours, so plan your hunt during the hours when the park is open. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR OWN PERSONAL SAFETY WHEN HUNTING ANY CACHE.
