Cuddles was Grom Mum's first pony - and when Mum Grom was 10 years old, she rode Cuddles from Maitland to this spot for a Pony Club Overnight camp. Cuddles was the smallest pony in the Pony Club at the time and so when she'd had enough, she would just sit down - everyone thought it was hilarious except Mum Grom of course. Anyhow, development has started to change the outlook of this hidden YP secret but the beach remains much the same as it did 45+ years ago!
