The coordinates above are not for the cache, but for the car parking. The actual cache coordinates can be found nearby on a laminated sheet and on the log book inside Geocache GC1BMZ9, ‘Church Micro 172 – Icklesham’. Please ensure these laminated coordinates are left inside the micro cache.
This cache involves a walk of approximately 0.4 of a mile each way.
Follow the footpath south from the corner of the Churchyard (no need to cross stile or open gate) until you join up with the 1066 Country Walk. Continue along path, through the orchard to the cache site and enjoy the surrounding countryside along the way. After finding the cache you can continue to follow the 1066 Country Walk for a short distance up the road, then over a stile and on up the hill to the Windmill.
Thorns present… you may want to bring gloves to retrieve this cache!
