Sportsman01 had a cache called Back Corner mowed down as the land was cleared for the new rink complex. I have replaced it nearby with the same container, contents and log book.
"Embedded spruce" was originally called "Back Corner" and was on the UNB land being developed for the new sports complex. I rescued the old cache, adopted it and moved it. Now progress is encroaching on the new location where I put it across the road. I am one of those who are upset at the development on the UNB Woodlot but in fairness, the outfit is cash strapped and if their charter forbade selling the land, leasing was a creative way to derive income from it. I must resign mtself to our headlong rush to develop and grow (why???)
