Park is closed from 10pm to 6am. Park in the prescribed area and take a nice walk to the cache.
You're looking for a plastic (retired) First Aid container from the military. It holds a log book and pen, an FTF sticker for the lucky person, numerous tradeable items.
Please close the lid correctly, it's a tricky little hinge. Once you start nearing the cache, the tree cover has a little effect, trust your geosenses.
