There's been a proliferation of enjoyable puzzle caches recently, so we thought we'd have a go too. So here is Sog n Paulus' first puzzle cache...
The cache is not at the listed coords.
To find the correct coords, you must answer a simple question.
What time is it when the hands of a clock are 102 degrees apart?
Assume each hand of the clock is pointing exactly at a minute, not in between and ignore the second hand.
Use a standard 12 hour clock.
The answer takes the form ab:cd. That is, if the answer was 8:31 (it's not, by the way), then a=0, b=8, c=3 and d=1.

There are actually TWO answers. After calculating the coords, you will find they lie in close proximity, however, one is more likely than the other.
