Geocache Description:

Another cache located on Rocky Lake. This is Maine Public Reserve Land.

This is a really neat area which feels like its in the middle of nowhere. It is so peaceful. A great place to just sit and relax. I have another cache placed on this Lake, but both spots deserve thier own cache. There is a pinic table, fire pit and an adirondack shelter. Camping is allowed.

Take the Diamond Match Road (dirt) from Route 191. Follow the road for about 3 miles. The road is in good shape and is well maintained however it is not plowed in the winter. Park at N 44:50.751, W 067:27.955. No vehicles allowed past this point. Follow the rocky path down to the lake. From the parking spot to the cache is .28 miles. The hike in will be a lot easier then the return trip. 120 foot elevation difference between cache and parking.

This may be tricky only because there are so many potential hiding spots. Please rehide the cache well and make things look as natural as possible.
