This cache is located along side a road that I frequent, that is until recently. This road connects Skyline and Chiquita and for some odd reason, the road has been closed. The cache site is accessible from both roads, the road is closed only at the bridge.
You may encounter muggles at this location, as I have seen them on many occasions fishing from the bridge.
PLEASE REPLACE THE CACHE EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT.
