Geocache Description:

rolling grassy terrain.

Cache is located in a newly constructed business park and is a small lock-and-Lock Container with a log book and some trade items. There are various parking lots available but you may have to walk a bit to get to the cache site. Bring your own pen. Thanks and happy caching.

First to Find goes to KodyCachers who incidentally have the same named dog as me. My Cody who is also a Geodog does not like to cache but likes to catch, Frisbees that is, while I'm caching.
