While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. This cache has been out of commission for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable. Since there has been no update with maintenance plans from the cache owner I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting. If not, please pick up any remaining pieces/parts of the cache before they become geolitter.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in grassland in a Meridian Township Park. The terrain may be muddy in some places, and could be buggy in hot weather.

This is our first cache! It's a medium sized tupperware container with a log book, some trinkets, and a nice little first aid kit as a "First-to-Find" prize (every geocaching team needs one, right?).

You will enjoy this park...there are lots of birds, a little wetland with frogs, and you might walk past a nice picnic table where you can stop for a break on your way to the cache. Bring a pair of binoculars...you never know what kind of wildlife you may see!

It is not really safe to park on Hamilton Road. Please park in the surrounding neighborhoods, at:
