Ber Juan Backwoods Traditional Cache
RicknJoy: When we placed this cache, this area of the park was kind of backwoodsy - brushy and overgrown - then the Park Dept started mowing the area, then they built a sidewalk about 30 feet from the cache, now they've removed all of the rocks and broken pavement that we've used for camo over the years. Civilization has encroached on the Ber Juan Backwoods! We've replaced the container six times! We think it's finally time to shut it down.

Located in Rolla's 85-acre Ber Juan Park, which contains rolling terrain criss-crossed by paved walking and fitness trails, which are strategically shaded by stands of trees. This is a fairly easy hide, only about 30 feet from the paved trail. Watch out for poison ivy, though! We hid this cache so there would be some new ones in Rolla for next week's WWFM event. We're testing out a new type of container, and we're not sure how durable it will be. Please make sure the container is sealed properly, and note the condition in your log.
Placement of this cache has been approved by the Rolla Parks Department. They'd like you to mention in your log where you're from. So please mention your town, city, county, state, country, continent, planet, or whatever.
