This cache is located just off the Prairie Trail on Mount Helena, at a location near the 4700 foot mark. The cache is located on the promontory above the new city water tank. The cache is a German butter dish, painted flat brown and placed in a natural hiding spot. In addition to the log, the cache contains a trout fly of my own design; a flashlight key ring; and, a carabiner. This cache gives you another reason to enjoy the Mount Helena trail system and the views of the Helena Valley.
