Tu Su

Found at the intersection of N. Tu Su Ln. & Hwy 395 Need to fulfill your cache fix after a long day of fishing? Here's a quick park and grab for you.

Since 1993 we would stop here every time on my way out of town after a long weekend of fishing up in Rock Creek. And since 1993 I've always wondered what Tu Su meant. After asking around town casually at certain places I never really found an answer until this past trip....... With the great help of Juliette Nabahe of the Bishop Paiute Tribal Office "Tu Su" is the Paiute word for the hand held rock used to grind food or the more common name is "mano". It's a commonly used tool found all over the world.

This cache is a micro but not in size. Nothing but a log can fit in this cache so please bring your own writing instrument. No real need to rip through the bushes, just look up from under. Enjoy your long drive home or to your destination and be safe. If you live nearby, life must be grand!!!
