Another camo job on an unsuspecting plastic jar.
The Feed Lot Restaurant has been closed the entire time I have lived in Caroline County, though I remember long ago it was something else (a honky-tonk bar if I remember right, though that was a decade ago). Just up the road is a piece of farm equipment that advertises for the now-defunct restaurant.
The cache is not too far from that piece of machinery.
True to form, this is a camo'd plastic jar, but THIS time I decided to use a mayo jar instead. (See, I eat something other than peanut butter or mixed nuts...)
After placing this cache I realized that I may need to secure it in place a little more effectively, as I suspect this one may be vulnerable to rain squalls. Time will tell. If I have a chance in the next few days I will come back to the cache container for that purpose. In the meantime, please make sure the lid is on tight when you're done.
Careful - the poison ivy is coming up as I placed this cache, so this one may prove to be unpleasant at certain times of the year.
