Geocache Description:

Parking area to hike down to the cove is located near coordinates N 39 07.741 W 119 55.875. Can also be accessed by boat but it appears the dock no longer exists so you may need to tie off to a tree onshore.

Oh to have a mansion on the lake. Steep but not rough terrain makes for a pleasant hike down from the road. Picturesque landscape views of the mountains and lake will take your breath away. Total distance down and back is approximately 3.2 miles roundtrip with an elevation change of 700 feet.
