located in the recently developed jacobs creek environmental education center it was constructed by penndot in return for the 3 mile hill widening project.it's under the control of the westmoreland county park service and open to the public.a great place to observe all kinds of aquatic wildlife from beavers to woodducks.there are several ponds and marshes with a trail system going around them. the cache is a multi stage puzzle parking is only available at the provided coords but don't sweat it the hike to stage 1 is pretty level once there you must once again solve aislyns'cranium crunching cryptogram.for those of you that solved our crypto coder cache it should be easy but this time the grid was altered to make it different from before.the final stage is a 2 gallon bucket full of swag.i hope you enjoy this place as much as aislyn and i we love to go here just to see the animals who call this place home so please be kind and don't harm any plants and animals as they are all protected inside this beautiful park.this is a 2 stage multi with logbooks at both stages that MUST be signed in order to claim this as a find.be fair,have fun,and please rehide everything as found...see ya soon...(proud member/founder of laurel highlands geocachers lhgcachers@yahoogroups.com
