Easy 2 miler up to Little Rock Pond
Second cache by Team High Density is an ammo box suited with the same type of skin as the Project 23 cache. Some people have been saying how hard the terrain is,I should have noted to take the trail from the south of the pond,starting from the second parking lot on the Mt. Tabor rd. UPDATE: The cache box and log books came up missing, so yesterday, (9-12-15) I replaced the food container that a cacher graciously tried to keep together, with a new plastic ammo box. Let the games continue!! 8/4/2019 Recently found out that the cache was missing again! Sorry to hear this. BrownDog09, and BevanQ, thanks for the logs! Feel free to log it as a find, and the CO, also. My Project 23, one of the first placed in Vermont in 2001 became lost for years. Someone had put one in memory close to it. It was finally found at the lower ice caves, having been swept there by snow, rain, and ice. I placed it only yards away in a SE direction! The local geocache officer would not let me make it a new site, or add to my original, so spread the news of this rare find! Don’t forget to log it somehow! It is a beautiful place now, isn’t it? 😊✌🏼❤️
