Geocache Description:

A pleasant circular walk around farmland on footpaths and briefly on a very quiet backroad around the village of Witton.There are nettles on parts of the walk,so long trousers and nettle proof gloves advisable!

This is a multi cache of 7 stages set around a walk of about 2.75miles. This is one of our favorite evening walks,its usually very quiet so a lot of wildlife is often seen such as deer,rabbits,owls and it even goes through badger country! As with farmland paths it can get muddy in wet weather. An OS map of the area would be handy.
Parking is available at Witton church beside the church wall at the start of the public bridleway(which is also the start of the walk).
