This cache is a short walk from the Sugarloaf lake campground.
This cache was placed through the agreement between Michigan State Parks and MIGO. A park entry fee is necessary to enter the park.
When we were placing the cache we spotted a beautiful wild turkey at the edge of a clearing, but he got into the woods before I could get my camera out. I'd suggest getting your camera out when you pass through the gate to be ready, should a photo opportunity arise.
The cache is a short walk along an old road and through a clearing, with only 20 feet bushwacking into the edge of the woods. The additional waypoint is a good starting point for the trip.
The cache has an unactivated geocoin for the FTF.
