Located near the cathedral of ST Stephen on elizibath st, around the grass lawn outside the church. It should not be to dificult (about a 2) and has easy access. (Tip: many ppl having probs with crowds so best to avaid lunch time and between 4-6pm. the place is prity empty before abouit 8:30am and on weekends if you'd like it all to yourself)
The cache is a small blue plastic container and has the Name and coords written on it. It is located around the grass area outside the cathedral of ST Stephen on Elizibath st. The best access is from the stairs at the northers side of the church but there is also a whealchair access ramp at the south side. The cache contains an item to be traded, pencils, notebook to be sighned and a Geocache explanation note. The locations is clear from most tall buildings but there may still be a little bit of multi-pathing, i am confident the coords will get you well within site of the hiding place (approx 10m).
The area is well maintained and has public access seven days a week and is even lit at night(some nights).
