Reasonably flat paved old rail bed. Cache is off pavement. Should be winter friendly.
In 1882 the good people of Hart bucked up $12,000 to have the Chicago and West Michigan Line connect to thier fine Town. In 1982 the railway was abandoned by C&O. The extension is now part of the Hart Montague Rail Trail.
Cache is a clear plastic food storage container with a blue lid. Well hidden from view and in tree cover. Yet it is in a kind of obvious spot when you are close. I have not encountered too many people there, but please be discrete.
