This is a two-stage geocache. Firstly you find the little box containing coordinates of second box. In case the first cache is disappeared (I am afraid, it is imaginable), the coordinates of the final stage are: N46 28.168' E17 35.850'
First stage: N46° 28,235’ E17° 35,396’
You can find the ruins of Sörnye Catholic church (from Y1800s) at the north end of Sörnye semi-abondonned village. You can park here in front of the church.
You find horse-chestnut trees there. You will take down the first little box from the hook in the hollow of the trunk of the tree.
This box contains additional information for coordinates of the second box it is hidden in the ground of the ruins of the medieval castle. Add the longitude and latitude minutes to this: 46° 28.168' 17 35.850' and you get the ccordinates of the box.
You go along the asphalt road to N46° 28.290’ E17° 35,487’. Then you leave the road to the right and you go on a path to the „bridge” (it is only three thin trunk) over the little brook at coordinates N46° 28,161’ E17° 35,817’.
Second stage: its coordinates you found in the first box.
The Sörnye swamp castle was built in the 14th century. In the times of Islamic invasion in Hungary’s south part (16th-17th century) it was ruined and you can find the remains of the earth mounds and moats. The walls disappeared in the course of centuries. The box is hidden at the four trunked tree.I propose that you look at the photo of this fork tree because of poor recepcion of geosatellites.
