Geocache Description:

I can see Morecombe Bay!

This cache is located on Crag Hill to the west of Whernside in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It's a great location on a ridge from which you have great views of Morecombe Bay, the Lake District and two of the Three Peaks. The cache can be approached from Dentdale, Kingsdale or Barbondale. If you're feeling really ambitious you could tramp a couple of miles further to another of my caches, 'Sykobabble' which is located near Gragareth Fell Trig. There's an awesome 'First to Find' medallion enclosed for one lucky cacher.

And there's more .......

If you liked this cache there are many more 'Sykesfamily' caches in similar, awe inspiring locations scattered around the Yorkshire Dales National Park and surrounding valleys. So grab your walking boot, pack your sandwiches, leave your troubles behind and head for the hills .... Enjoy!!
