This is a 3 stage multi cache in Waterdown.
The posted coordinates are for stage 1. Here you will find a sign that has a phone number on it. You will need the last four digits of this phone number: 478-ABCD.
To determine the coordinates for stage 2 take this 4 digit number, divide by 1000 and then add the result to the minutes portion of both the N and W components of: N 43 15.527 W 79 51.165.

If you have a vehicle, you can leave it parked near stage 1, as there is limited parking closer to the cache, and moving it there won’t get you very much closer.
Between stage 1 and stage 2 you will encounter a chain link fence. There is a path that runs both left and right along the fence. You can get access to stage 2 by going either way along this path, but going left is a nicer walk.
Stage 2 is a small camoed container which contains the coordinates for both the trailhead and the final. Stay down when looking for stage 2, you do not have to go to the top. Please do not remove the coordinate sheet from stage 2, and please rehide the container as found.
You may be surprised with what you encounter along the way from stage 1 to the final, and where your hunt finally takes you. The final is in a location that is VERY different form where you start, although it is only about 500 m away.
The final is very close to the trail. No need to venture more than 2m off the trail. Also, the final is NOT winter friendly. More than a couple of inches of snow will make the final VERY difficult to locate.
