Merrill Park is a great park for all kinds of outdoor activity. The park is very popular for softball, basketball, volleyball, jogging, picnics and even contains farm animals for children. There is a stream bordering the eastern park boundary and the first stage is near this stream. The first stage is not necessarily note worthy but I placed it at one end of Merrill Park and I placed the final stage near the opposite end of the park. I did this so that the cache would be more than a drive by cache as I want the seekers to see the full scope of what this park has to offer. For those seekers with small children, please take a peek at the farm animal enclosure. This will give your children something a bit unique for this caching experience.
This park is filled with muggles, but the cache is in a less trafficked part of the park so this should not be a major issue but still stealth is a high priority.
This is a multi with the first stage pointing to the final stage. The final is a 3 inch lock and lock and has room for a log and very small swag or travel bugs. Bring your own writing utensil.
The final stage needs to be replaced exactly as you found it so that muggles will not see it. Before grabbing it, make a note on how it is placed and replace in the same manner. Also, do not put any hints into the logs. Although this is an easier cache to find than Slimbob, I still would like to not give out hints in the log making it even easier.
There is poison ivey all around. You do not have to even touch it!
An Fiver is placed in the cache for FTF.
