In 2006, I set a hide out in this area called Determination,
named for a tree that insisted on growing despite the obstacles in
its path.
I came in for a maintenance check recently to see that the tree
was still doing fine, but my cache had succumbed to the elements
and local bad critters! To freshen things up for the next
GeoJamboree, I decided to archive the badly damaged cache and
re-release it as Determination Redux.
The new container is still padlocked like it's predecessor, but
the location has changed somewhat. And since this would have been
the third year for the original hide (had it survived), there are
now three keys hidden nearby - all within 20' or so of the
cache container.
Only one of them will open the lock, of course. To find the cache
and the correct key, you will once again need just a bit of
Determination!
