lorsqu'ils proclamèrent la République du Bas-Canada, à Noyan, le 28

The green, white and red flag was
inaugurated by Robert Nelson and his "Frères Chasseurs", when the
declared the creation of a new country, the Republic of Lower
Canada, in Noyan, on february 28th, 1838. |
