Church Castle Cache #01 – The Friedel Traditional Cache

Despite being labelled as number one this cache is actually the third hide of my Church Castle series, once I have completed the revision of this series this point will mark the start and end of a circular walk.

The cache is placed just off the woodland path, be aware that the paths can get overgrown during the summer and its quite likely you may have to walk through or close to some nettles.

The container is slightly larger the your average micro and is often referred to as a "Friedel Micro", its a strong plastic tube containing just a log, pencil and a pen.

The location is little known wooded area called "The Church Gresley Plantation" which can be accessed easily by road (coordinates below), paths are unsuitable for wheelchairs and buggies but its a great place to take older children and dogs (although small dogs may get lost in the undergrowth).

The difficulty rating is a little higher due to tree coverage, I had quite a hard time setting the coordinates for this one however I am confident you should get within 20yds. If needed the spoiler photo and the hint should point you in the right direction.
